NSF (UK) is seeking to appoint individuals into our Admin Team whose skills, perspectives and experience will enrich the organisation, its decision-making and support the delivery of  a specified objective.

Our members are primarily motivated to serve and give back to their community/alma mater. The leadership teams are expected to discharge their duties fairly, honestly and in a transparent manner at all times.

When are you needed?

Immediately.

What will I be doing?

  • Schedule and attend meetings, take notes and minutes at meetings

  • Preparing all meeting minutes, agendas and management of the Members Events Calendar

  • Sending out information to prospective and new members

  • Management of Members School Reps  information spreadsheet

  • Organisation of documents and computer -based information

  • Booking meeting rooms and conference facilities

  • Use a word processing package such as Microsoft Word

  • You will be supporting our committed local volunteer-led community group by helping us to us enrich our organisation and our decision-making.

  • There is little or no budget for this project and so the team will have to be creative, practical, team-minded and be very much outcomes focussed.

What skills, experience & qualities do I need?

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a group and on their own

  • Attention to detail

  • Good time management

  • Strong organisation skills

  • Telephone, typing and general IT skills

  • A good knowledge of NSF(UK) related activities and regular attendance at the Members Monthly Meetings.

What skills can I gain?

Schedule and commitment required from you?

  • Regular attendance at the Members Monthly Meetings.

  • For every 1 hour of meetings may spend up to 4 X background work.
